| Description: | This restored 1970 Plymouth Superbird in Lemon Twist features a 440 SixPack and white buckets. One of only 665 Six Pack Birds built it has a stack of receipts two inches thick a Govier decode and two discs worth of restoration photos. This car is better than new cosmetically with good panel alignment and betterthanfactory 2stage paint that has been color sanded and buffed to a high shine. The body is all original sheet metal including the nose and wing with no replacements necessary. It features a replacement 1970 block with a 4406 purple camshaft. Rebuilt less than 2000 miles ago it fires up quickly settles into an easy idle and pulls cleanly from any speed. Detailing is factorycorrect throughout and all the little tags and markings that make engine compartments showworthy have been duplicated. The transmission is a replacement 727 Torqueflite automatic that has been fully rebuilt at the time of restoration. It feeds the original 8.75inch rear with 3.54 gears and a Sure Grip. The undercarriage was undercoated while the car was disassembled and is neat and well detailed. 14inch Rallye wheels hold new Goodyear Polyglas tires.Most of these cars came with black bench seats so this cars white bucket seat interior is a welcome change. It features the correct lacquer paint on the dash new seat covers carpets and headliner while the door panels are original. The console parked between the buckets is an original piece and the gauges have been fully rebuilt. The trunk has a new mat correct matching spare and both jack assemblies.Documentation includes Owners Manual Chrysler Corporation broadcast sheet window sticker Govier decode and receipts for the restoration.
